30-Night Cool Comfort Guarantee

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How it works

  1. Email us at support@lerevio.com with your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
  2. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
  3. In most cases you do not need to send anything back. We issue your refund or ship a free replacement right away.
  4. If a return is required in your individual case, we will provide the return address and instructions before you ship anything. Please never send a package without contacting us first, unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Conditions

  • Refund or replacement requests must reach us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items: send us a photo of the item you received and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take another 3 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
  • This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
